  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. Tiny Street do not accept any responsibility for the supervision of children before, during or after a session.

  • Children under 3 must be supervised more closely if and when using some of our smaller toys & equipment.

  • If you or a member of your group are showing any signs of illness, in particular Covid-19 symptoms, you may be asked to leave the session. If you become aware of illness and/or symptoms before your session, please do not attend to protect others.

  • The main entrance will be locked for the duration of each session for the safety of all our visitors.

  • Play is restricted to the 75 minute session you are booked onto.

  • Please ensure you take all of your belongings with you and leave promptly when our team notify that the session is ending.

  • Children and adults must wear shoes and socks at all times.

  • Please be kind to our toys and equipment, they are there for everyone to enjoy, from one session to the next. If you or a member of your group are caught deliberately damaging our toys or equipment you may be asked to leave the session.

  • Please be courteous and kind to everyone. Fighting, bullying or the use of abusive language towards children, other visitors or members our team will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the session.

  • No smoking is permitted anywhere at our venues.

  • You must ensure that you or your children do not consume any food or drink (including chewing gum) near or whilst using any of our equipment or within the play area. The consumption of food & drink not purchased from Tiny Street is strictly forbidden at our public sessions. If you or a member of your family have a specific dietary need or requirement, we would ask that you advise a member of our team when you sign in to your session.

  • All dirty nappies must be taken home with you and not left at the venue.

  • Please report any accidents or injuries occurring within the play session to a member of the Tiny Street team to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

  • Prams and buggies must not be brought into the play session. Where possible please do not bring them into the venue. Depending on the venue, they may be left in the entrance foyer, however we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property before, during or after the session.

  • Most importantly, please play with your child and enjoy the session! We love to see little ones be creative with role-play!
